쏠쏠 아동 안전 및 아동 성적 학대·착취(CSAE/CSAM) 대응 정책

쏠쏠은 스테디랩(Steadylab)이 운영하는 서비스이며, 이하 본 정책에서는 쏠쏠 및 운영사 스테디랩을 통칭하여 "회사"라고 합니다. 회사는 서비스 내 아동의 안전을 중요하게 생각하며, 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, CSAE)와 아동 성적 학대 자료(Child Sexual Abuse Material, CSAM)를 포함하거나 조장하는 모든 행위를 엄격히 금지합니다.

본 정책은 쏠쏠 서비스 내 게시물, 댓글, 리뷰, 상점 정보, 프로필 등 이용자가 작성하거나 등록하는 공개 콘텐츠와 서비스 이용 행위 전반에 적용됩니다.

1. 금지되는 콘텐츠 및 행위

회사는 다음 각 호의 콘텐츠 및 행위를 금지합니다.

• 아동 성적 학대 자료(CSAM) 또는 이에 준하는 이미지, 영상, 문서, 링크를 제작, 게시, 저장, 공유, 전송, 홍보 또는 유통하는 행위
• 아동 또는 미성년자를 성적 대상으로 묘사하거나 성적 착취를 암시, 조장, 미화 또는 정당화하는 콘텐츠를 게시하는 행위
• 아동 또는 미성년자를 대상으로 성적 대화, 성적 이미지 요구, 성적 접촉 유도, 오프라인 만남 유도, 협박, 금전 요구, 갈취 또는 착취를 시도하는 행위
• 아동 대상 그루밍(grooming), 섹스토션(sextortion), 인신매매 또는 상업적 성적 착취를 알선, 지원 또는 홍보하는 행위
• 아동 또는 미성년자의 개인정보를 수집, 노출, 거래하거나 이를 통해 안전을 위협할 수 있는 행위
• 위 각 호의 행위를 목적으로 하거나 이를 지원하는 계정, 콘텐츠, 외부 링크 또는 안내 정보를 게시하는 행위

2. 신고 방법

이용자는 아동 안전을 위협하거나 본 정책을 위반한다고 의심되는 콘텐츠 또는 계정을 발견한 경우 다음 방법으로 신고할 수 있습니다.

• 앱 내 신고 기능을 통해 게시물, 댓글, 리뷰, 상점 정보 또는 사용자 계정을 신고
• 앱 내 문의하기 기능을 통해 관련 내용을 접수
• 이메일을 통한 신고 및 문의: administrator@steadylab29.com

긴급한 위험이 있거나 아동이 즉각적인 위험에 처해 있다고 판단되는 경우, 즉시 경찰 등 관계 기관에 신고하시기 바랍니다.

3. 회사의 대응

회사는 신고 접수 또는 자체 인지를 통해 아동 안전 위반 가능성을 확인한 경우, 관련 법령과 내부 운영 기준에 따라 다음과 같은 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

• 신고 내용 및 관련 콘텐츠 검토
• 콘텐츠 숨김, 삭제 또는 접근 제한
• 계정 기능 제한, 이용 정지 또는 영구 제한
• 재검토 및 후속 조치를 위한 관련 정보 보관
• 법령상 필요한 경우 수사기관, 사법기관 또는 관계 기관에 신고하거나 협조

회사가 CSAM 또는 이에 준하는 중대한 위반 사실을 실제로 인지한 경우, 회사는 관련 법령 및 플랫폼 정책에 따라 필요한 조치를 검토하고 수행합니다.

4. 연령 및 이용 정책

쏠쏠은 아동을 주 이용자로 하는 서비스를 제공하지 않으며, 아동 안전 보호를 위해 회원가입 및 서비스 이용 과정에서 관련 법령과 회사 정책에 따른 제한 및 보호조치를 적용할 수 있습니다.

회사는 아동 또는 미성년자의 안전에 중대한 위험이 있다고 판단하는 경우, 해당 계정 또는 콘텐츠에 대해 우선적으로 보호 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

5. 외부 신고 및 도움 요청

아동이 실제 위험에 처해 있거나 범죄가 의심되는 경우에는 회사 신고와 별도로 관계 기관에 즉시 도움을 요청하시기 바랍니다.

Ssolssol Child Safety and CSAE/CSAM Response Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Ssolssol is operated by Steadylab. In this policy, "Company" refers to both the Ssolssol service and its operator, Steadylab. The Company takes child safety seriously and strictly prohibits any activity involving or promoting Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

This policy applies to public content and user activity across the Ssolssol service, including posts, comments, reviews, store information, profiles, and other user-submitted content.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and conduct are prohibited on Ssolssol:

• Creating, posting, storing, sharing, transmitting, promoting, or distributing CSAM or equivalent images, videos, documents, or links
• Posting content that sexualizes minors or depicts, promotes, glorifies, normalizes, or justifies child sexual exploitation
• Attempting sexual conversations with minors, requesting sexual images, soliciting sexual contact, coercing offline meetings, extorting money, threatening, or otherwise exploiting minors
• Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or facilitating commercial sexual exploitation involving minors
• Collecting, exposing, trading, or misusing personal information of minors in ways that may put them at risk
• Posting accounts, content, external links, or instructions intended to support or facilitate any of the conduct above

2. How to Report

If a user encounters content or an account that may threaten child safety or violate this policy, they may report it through the following channels:

• Use the in-app report feature for posts, comments, reviews, store information, or user accounts
• Use the in-app inquiry feature
• Email reports or questions to: administrator@steadylab29.com

If a child appears to be in immediate danger or there is an urgent risk of harm, users should contact law enforcement or emergency services immediately.

3. Company Response

When the Company receives a report or otherwise becomes aware of a potential child safety violation, it may take action in accordance with applicable law and internal operating standards, including:

• Reviewing the reported content and related information
• Restricting access to, hiding, or removing content
• Limiting account functions, suspending access, or permanently disabling accounts
• Retaining relevant information for follow-up review or legal compliance
• Reporting to or cooperating with law enforcement, judicial authorities, or other relevant authorities where required by law

If the Company becomes actually aware of CSAM or similarly serious violations, it will review and take appropriate action under applicable law and platform policy requirements.

4. Age and Service Use

Ssolssol is not a service primarily directed to children, and the Company may apply restrictions and protective measures relating to age and service access in accordance with applicable law and internal policy.

If the Company determines that a child or minor may face a serious safety risk, it may prioritize protective action regarding the relevant account or content.

5. External Reporting and Help

If a child is in danger or a crime is suspected, users should seek assistance from the appropriate authorities in addition to reporting the matter to the Company.
